2.1  CCTV System Preventative Maintenance

When taking out a Macrovideo Security Service and Maintenance Contract for your CCTV System you will benefit from a preventative maintenance visit every twelve months.

As part of your CCTV System Preventative Maintenance contract Macrovideo engineers will undertake a thorough service of all your system's functions and equipment.

l Inspection of all accessible major CCTV components including cabling & connections for deterioration or damage.

l Check cameras, housings, supporting brackets and towers for deterioration or damage.

l Check all camera bracket fittings and clamping bolts are tight.

l Check the camera field of view is correct & lenses correctly focused.

l Check operation of auto-iris lenses as appropriate.

l Clean camera lenses and housings windows.

l Check operation of infrared units.

l Check and adjust pan / tilt unit. (If required).

l Check and adjust operation of wiper unit. (If required).

l Check that washer bottles are full, refilling if necessary. (If required).
